Measure Your Lawn
Accurate measuring helps you order enough turf without unnecessary waste.
Rectangular or Square Areas
Length × Width = square metres.
Example: 10 metres long × 6 metres wide = 60m².
Multiple Areas
Measure each section separately, calculate the square metres for each section, then add them together.
Triangles
Base × Height ÷ 2 = square metres.
Allow for Cutting and Wastage
For a straightforward lawn, allow approximately 5% extra for cutting and wastage. Irregular or curved areas may require a little more.
Example: 100m² measured lawn + 5% = 105m² turf order.
